What’s the process?

Firstly, the coach will discuss with you what you or your child would like to achieve from private training sessions. Then the coach will go away and come up with a training plan / schedule tailored around your / your child’s specific needs and aims. They will then discuss how many sessions in aa week, the length of the sessions and the cost.
